Indonesian Chest (Volcanic Wood)
This Indonesian chest may be new but the wood is solid and old. The hardwood used to make this bookcase was hiding for over 800 years under volconic ash in Indonesia. The coloration of the wood is unique due to its interaction with the volocanic ash versus the look trees would get when air dried.

Couch
This couch from Jalalabad, Afghanistan is made of new Mulberry wood and has brass inlay. The cushion cover is made of 19th century kilm.
Not pictured are a matching chair and endtable.

Syrian Damascus Rosewood Table
As a beautiful side table to a chair or bed, this table was made in the 1990's. The rosewood is inlaid with mother-of-pearl, and there are 2 other tables like it stacked inside this one.
