Donna Waldhauser is the founder of Alsadu, Inc., an import company that helps support economic independence in developing countries. Some items are museum-quality from various centuries and other prodcuts are sustainable/green hand-crafted traditional art or wares.
Alsadu is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and Green America and supports the following fairly traded and sustainable principles:
- Products are purchased from artists and sources at a living wage.
- Products are purchased from producers who provide safe and healthy living conditions for their workers.
- We work to educate consumers on the importance of their choices and how these choices can have a positive and lasting effect with the people we work with as well as the environment.
